Shipping and Delivery Policy:

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Out-of-stock products are manufactured within 21 days, and production approval is obtained through the email info@paftam.com. We deliver your products via Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, a tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on the site. For large quantity orders, the shipping time varies based on the number of items.

Returns and Exchanges:

For any products you wish to return or exchange, you can contact us via info@paftam.com. With the details we provide, you can send the items via Yurtiçi Kargo. The return and exchange period is 7 days.

You must securely package the items you wish to return, as we expect them to be returned to us undamaged and unused. Therefore, any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the customer returning the product.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry products.
