All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Products that are out of stock are produced within 21 days, and production approval is provided via info@paftam.com. We deliver your products using Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our website. For large quantities, the shipping time may vary depending on the number of items.
For returns and exchanges, you can contact us at info@paftam.com. Based on the information we provide, you can send your items through Yurtiçi Kargo. The return and exchange period is 7 days.
You are required to securely package the items you wish to return in the same manner they were sent to you. We expect the products to be returned to us undamaged and unused. Therefore, any damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the returning customer.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry products.You can pick up your order within 2 hours from Pafta'm Bodrum Bitez store.
