We deliver your products with Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our site. For large quantities of products, the shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.

For returns and exchanges, you can contact us via info@paftam.com. You can send the product with Yurtiçi Kargo using the information we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.

Products to be returned must be securely packaged in the same manner as they were sent to you. We expect the products to arrive to us undamaged and unused. Therefore, any damage occurring during shipping is the responsibility of the returning customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry products.
